If you are not familiar with the ECHANFIT brand, they you have probably missed out some pretty cool exercise bike this manufacturer has to offer. This review is about one of their non-commercial bikes, the ECHANFIT indoor exercise bike, the black and orange version.
The brand produces several different models, classic spin bikes, light-commercial spin bikes and upright bikes. Besides these products they also make step machines, also known as mini stepper or under desk steppers.
This particular orange-black non-commercial version caught my attention because of several good reviews and low price. So I’ve decided to check if there is a catch somewhere around here and if yes, then where.
So let’s start with the features.

The bike’s frame is made of steel and is painted in premium cool black color, along with orange markers. It uses infinite magnetic resistance system with 28 lbs (12.7 kg) and heavy-duty structure. ECHANFIT bike supports up to 250 lbs (113.4 kg) of weight.
Using the combination of magnetic resistance and belt-drive system, the spin should be fairly quiet. The resistance can be adjusted via a tension knob, located between the handlebars and seat.
The handlebars use multi-grip design and in the center you can find a simple LCD display, which offers basic stats such as time, distance, speed, odometer, calories burned and scan.
It also features anti-skid cage pedals, emergency brake and transportation wheels, which are located at the front base of the bike, which allows you to easily move the bike from room to room.
ECHANFIT brand offers 90-day money back guarantee and 2-year parts replacement.
What Do Users Say About This Bike?
The assembled of ECHANFIT indoor exercise bike is quite simple and it is solo-doable in about an hour. All the tools and instruction manuals are provided with the bike, so you do not need to get your own.
From the first look one might get a feeling that this is not a sturdy bike, especially since it’s quite affordable. I’m pleased to say that the opposite is true. While not commercial, it is a heavy-duty bike with most parts made of steel and it holds its ground just fine.
One might not have trouble believing the supported weight of 250 lbs. However, that is still not much in comparison to most non-commercial bikes. For example, stationary Cyclace supports 330 lbs of weight while not being in the commercial or light-commercial category.
The seat is quite comfortable and seems to be of good quality. It is fully adjustable, meaning you can move it forward, backward, up and down. Good news is that even if you do not like it, you can upgrade and replace it.
The LCD monitor looks like a retro Game Boy and displays only one stat at a time, which I personally hate, but it still gets the job done.
While the handlebars are missing the hand-pulse monitor and cell-phone / tablet holder, the hole in the middle just below the LCD is good enough for a cell phone or tablet. I’m not sure if this was actually intentionally created this way, but it works.
The bike on its own is quite silent and smooth, which is often the case with the combination of magnetic resistance and belt-drive system.
