Main Features Of The Ativafit Bench
This weight bench is designed with a unique frame and triangular structure for lots of support and stability. It's made of heavy-duty commercial quality steel and is sturdy enough to support 500 pounds, which is an upgrade from the previous model's 330-pound weight limit.
The Ativafit bench is designed with 7 adjustable back positions, and you can choose the angle by simply moving the support bar to your desired location. It's made with high quality foam padding and a secure seat to keep the body firmly in place, but also allow users to remain comfortable.
It comes with 2 detachable resistance band for additional upper body workouts as well as a soft foam roller to keep the lower body in place. Ativafit includes a 12-month return warranty, which means you can return the bench within 1 year if you are not satisfied. There's also a lifetime warranty on replacement parts.
Packaging & Assembly
I was pleased to find that the bench was almost fully assembled when it arrived.
You only have to assemble the front and back support tube and the foam rollers, and it's easy enough for just one person to complete.
Before using the bench, I suggest going through and tightening all of the nuts and bolts.
Some may have loosened during shipping, so just confirm that everything is secure and safe to use.
Price Guide
Compared to other benches of this caliber, the Ativafit is an extremely affordable option. It falls in the under $100 pricing category, which if you ask me is an amazing deal considering all of the features.
Feature Summary
My Experience Using The Ativafit Weight Bench
Frame & Adjustability
Before using the Ativafit, I thought there was no way that a bench at this price point could meet all of my workout needs. But I was wrong. Not only is this bench affordable, but it's extremely versatile.
The 7 adjustable positions of the backrest are just enough to accommodate a wide range of workouts, from bench presses to bicep curls. I'm not loving the fact that there is no adjustability for the seat, which is a feature that most benches have. Luckily, the lack of seat adjustments didn't really hinder my workout routine, so I guess this is a flaw that can be overlooked.
In terms of frame stability, the Ativafit is heavy duty and very stable. Even when using it on a carpeted surface, there was no wobbling or shakiness. This might not be the case for larger individuals who lift high amounts of weight, but for me, the bench felt perfectly stable, sturdy, and safe to use.
Another thing to note is that there is another Ativafit model available if you're looking for more weight support. The higher-end model is obviously slightly more expensive, but it can support up to 610 pounds and has 8 backrest adjustments as well as 3 adjustable seat positions.
Comfort
I found that all 7 of the backrest positions were comfortable to use. The PU leather that is used to cover the padding is durable and firm, but the padding is also soft enough for comfort.
After using the bench for about an hour, I did find that the leather started to feel slightly sticky on the skin. This is fairly normal, though, and it's an easy problem to solve by simply wiping the pads down with a towel every once in a while.
Height & Weight Limitations
I'd say that for the average individual who isn't overly tall, this bench is a great choice. But because there is no adjustable seat, it might not be the best choice for people over 6'1".
The good news is that the higher-end model comes with 3 seat adjustments. If you're tall or just prefer to have an adjustable seat, I'd recommend going with that model instead.

Comparisons With Similar Weight Benches
One of the best ways to do your due diligence for selecting the best weight bench for you is to compare it with similar models. There are 3 that are very similar in functionality and design to the Ativafit weight bench:
