There is no doubt that there are lots of power racks currently on the market. Some of them are commercial, but most are non-commercially graded. However, only a few of them can pride themselves with the support of 1000 pounds. Vanswe Power Rack is one of them.
Vanswe has been on the market for some time now and they are manufacturing all kinds of fitness equipment gear, such as adjustable weight benches, flat benches, recumbent bikes and yes, power racks. I was pleasantly surprised that you can get this particular rack in pink color as well, besides yellow and gray.
So far Vanswe power rack has pretty high-rated reviews, so let’s find out if the rack is worth the asking price.

Let’s start with the frame. It uses 2” x 2” steel, which, according to the manufacturer, should ensure stable use and should last for years.
Two pull-up grips are made of solid steel and have multi-grip purpose, which means you can use them for angled pull-ups, narrow chin-ups and muscle ups, if you are up for the challenge.
There are total of 21 adjustable positions (holes), ranging from 17.5″ to 68″ (44.5 to 172.2 cm). There are also individual numbers next to each hole for easy recognition.
Pulley station for high and low pulleys is included as well, which can be used for a lot of additional exercises.
Besides the pulley station, there are 10 extra accessories included: 2 safety bars, 2 dip bars, 2 clip collars, 2 solid steel adjustable weight bar supports and 2 adaptor sleeves for 2” Olympic plates.
The assembled dimensions are 56″L x 47.6″W x 85.8″H (142.2 x 120.9 x 217.9 cm) and the warranty for the entire rack is 10 years.

Sturdiness Goes a Long Way
The assembly of Vanswe power rack is pretty easy. It comes in two large boxes and with the provided manual it should take an average person about two hours.
I believe that most users will be satisfied with the sturdiness of this rack, but if not, you can always anchor it to the floor, although you would have to drill additional holes for that.
Alternatively, you can put weight plates on the base. Each end of the base is covered in rubber to protect your floor from scratching.
The pull-up bar is actually not a bar, but rather two angled grips. They have multiple grip points, which is very convenient. They are chromed and easy to hold onto.
One of the nice bonuses (that is lacking in most power cages) are the included dip bars. This is great if you would like to have all-in-one device, so there is no need to purchase additional dip bars or power tower.
Another great bonus is the pulley system; it’s quite smooth and easy to use, although it can take time to get used to it, since it’s inside a cage, which limits your space.
Several users also reported that Vanswe is prompt with answering emails and standing behind their warranty in regard to parts. I’m always glad to hear if when brands stand behind their product.
