Pyhigh S7 Indoor Bike Review
Min - Max Seat Height
27" - 38"
Min - Max Handlebar Height
The S7 is equipped with a heavy-duty 48 lbs bi-directional flywheel, which will offer a proper challenge even to advanced bikers. The frame is triangular in design and made of thickened 1.57”x 3.94” car-graded steel. Base of the bike is also equipped with 4 foot support knobs to adjust the balance correctly on all kinds of floor types.
The bike uses a combination of the friction (felt pad) resistance and belt-driven mechanism. The resistance is continuous (infinite) and adjustable via a conveniently located tension knob. Pyhigh S7 can also come to an instant stop by pressing the knob instead of rotating it.
LCD monitor is above-standard and tracks time, distance, speed, RPM, scan, calories burned and heart rate, thanks to the hand-pulse monitors located on the handlebars.
Handlebars have a multi-grip design and are made of durable, non-slip vinyl. Thanks to the multi-grip design, each user can find their own comfortable position to rest their arms. The bars are also fully 4-way adjustable and come with a multi-purpose holder, which can accommodate a laptop, tablet or a magazine.
The seat, similarly to handlebars is also 4-way adjustable (up, down, forward, backward). It’s a bit oversized and come with advanced air permeability and heat dissipation. It’s also equipped with 2 buffers to reduce pressure while sitting on it. The in-seam height ranges from 27” to 38”.
Pedals of the S7 bike are made of aluminum alloy and come with adjustable straps, which will keep the feet safely secured.
Last feature worth mentioning are transportation wheels located at the front bottom base, which make the portability a no brainer.
The assembled dimensions of the Pyhigh S7 light-commercial indoor bike are 42.52″ x 22.05″ x 44.5″ (108 x 56 x 113 cm), and the maximum supported weight is 330 lbs (149.7 kg).
I’m always pleased to say (or write) when users do not have to pay for the assembly. The bike comes mostly pre-assembled, besides handlebars, LCD and pedals. It should take you about 20-30 minutes with the provided instruction manual and assembly tools to put together.
Stability and Sturdiness Go a Long Way
The combination of the car-graded steel, the bottom base and the balancing knobs make the bike perfectly stable and sturdy. I have no problem believing that it can support 330 lbs of weight.
Now one thing that needs to be pointed out again is that Pyhigh S7 light-commercial indoor bike uses a friction resistance system with felt pads. Since the bike is equipped with a heavy-duty 48-lbs flywheel and felt-brake mechanism, only time will tell for how long the pads can hold before the squeaking starts.
Guys at Pyhigh obviously used a higher-graded felt brake, because most verified users did not have a problem with noise, but I guess this is a matter of time. Most bikes with this kind of flywheel use magnetic resistance system, but I guess if a bike with these commercially-graded parts was equipped with a magnetic resistance system, it would cost several hundred bucks more.
With that being said, the combination of the infinite resistance system and heavy-duty flywheel makes the workout very challenging, if that is your desire. You can also make it quite simple and relaxing. It’s totally up to you.
I’m also very pleased with the LCD monitor. Most non-commercial bikes are equipped with very simple LCDs that show only one stat at a time, but this is not the case with the S7. The LCD monitor is above-average and shows and tracks all the data at the same time, so there is no need to switch from one stat to another.
The multi-grip handlebars are very well designed and sturdy. The 4-way adjustability goes a long way as well, since most users will find their own comfortable position.
The pedals are quite simple, yet sturdy. They keep the feet quite safe and secured.
Pros and Cons
Pyhigh S7 light-commercial indoor bike certainly has more pros than cons.
Conclusion – Is Pyhigh S7 Indoor Bike Worth It?

I’d say that the only thing that can doubt the purchase of the S7 is the combination of friction resistance and heavy-duty flywheel, which can prompt you to replace the felt pads every now and then.
On the other hand, it is a light-commercial, sturdy, stable and affordable (considering the used parts) piece of machine that supports users’ height up to 6’5”. All in all, this is definitely a bike worth the name.
