    Attach the front bracket and rear low pulley bracket to the base frame.

    Attach the front tube upright and slide rail.

    Assemble the bench connector to the front tube upright.

    Install the round tube. Push foam pad spacers on first, then the foam roller pads.

    Install spring and weight carriage over slide rail.

    Install pulleys onto the top pulley bracket. Install top pulley bracket on top of the slide rail and front tube upright.

    Thread the upper cable over the right top pulley and connect the weight carriage. Set the pulley over the cable and fit it into the idler pulley housing.
