Adjustability & Versatility
The thing I love most about the PASYOU Adjustable Weight Bench is its adjustability. The back of the bench moves into seven different positions, each one sturdy enough to support your weight plus any additional free weights you want to use.
The adjustability means that you can go from laying perfectly flat to sitting up straight. It's even possible to recline with your head and neck tilted downwards. This is an amazing features since it ensures that users lift weights using the right form. I love that the back can be positioned in a sitting position, which I found extremely helpful for dumbbell curls and leg workouts.
If you want to lift weights with both arms at once and need a position that’s somewhere in between sitting upright and lying flat, that's no problem at all. Let's just say the PASYOU is extremely versatile.
Not only can you do a variety of workouts that target different muscle groups, but you can do them comfortably. That's right - this weight bench is comfortable!
The PU leather covering is supported by a high-quality steel frame and backing. Not once did I feel that the bench felt flimsy, no matter how much weight I was using. The covering is stuffed with premium cotton, which works to wick away moisture while remaining soft enough to prevent stiffness and soreness mid-workout.
The base is built with ankle pads that are covered in protective foam. Similar to the seat backing, this foam wicks away moisture so that you can stay comfortable - no matter how much you sweat.
Size & Weight Capacity
The base of the bench is triangular in shape, and this design allows it to support plenty of weight – up to 500 pounds according to the manufacturer. I can't say that I tested the capacity's 500-pound limit, but I can say that the bench was able to hold myself and the additional weights without ever once feeling flimsy.
The bench has an additional positive working in its favor – it is small and light enough to fold up, allowing you to store it out of the way in a closet or corner. It can even hang on the wall if you get the right mounting equipment.
The PASYOU weighs a mere 23 pounds - yet somehow can still support up to 500! When flat, the bench measures 55 inches by 15.75 inches by 20 inches. When folded, it’s even smaller, making the storage possibilities practically endless.
The legs contain rubber pads for grip that protect your floors and walls when you hang it. These pads also ensure that the bench won’t move around while you exercise, which is a safety feature that I look for in any weight bench I consider buying for my home gym.
PASYOU Weight Bench: Is It Value For Money?
Overall, the PASYOU Adjustable Weight Bench is designed for most weight lifters. It can support up to 500 pounds of total weight, making it extremely sturdy despite its small size and lightweight design.
Although weight lifters who are extremely tall (think above 6'2") may have some issues using the bench to its full potential, average-heighted people shouldn’t have an trouble.
Expect to spend some time assembling the bench after taking it out of the box. All of the parts and hardware are included, and I found the instructions to be thorough and easy to follow. Some users reported that they didn’t have all of the tools needed to put it together and experienced issues with some of the bolts. I didn't come across issues along the way, but it did take me a little over 30 minutes to put together.
With that said, the steel frame is incredibly sturdy, despite its small size. The triangular base is designed to hold a good deal of weight without needing any additional bulky supports. The PU leather bench exterior and cotton padding are very comfortable while still matching the durability of the rest of the bench.
The most loved feature of the PASYOU is the back's adjustability thanks to its handy peg movement and support system. Users have reported that it stays in place with ease and can handle the weight of an adult leaning back on it with full force.
Speaking of the bench back, the seven positions make the overall unit a very versatile workout tool for any home gym, so even if you want to target every muscle group, it's up to the challenge. When the back is laid flat, you can do a number of ab exercises, and the other positions allow for various forms of lifts for strengthening the chest, back, and legs.
This versatility paired with the bench’s strength make for a very well-rounded piece of exercise equipment that is designed to meet a number of different needs.

My final thoughts? The PASYOU Adjustable Weight Bench gets the job done. It has a lot going for it, like its ability to support numerous types of workouts (abs to legs to chest) and easy to adjust bench back.
In addition, its compact size and lightweight design still manages to support users of various heights and sizes. It can even fold up for easy storage in a closet or hanging from a wall.
